How to Lose Weight Naturally

 The way to losing weight naturally is really not complicated.  You probably are fully aware of how to do it.  Therefore, healthy weight loss shouldn’t be a problem at all.

Yet, why haven’t you succeeded, you may ask yourself.  For many people, it is the “inconvenience” or a time factor or planning diet meals, etc.  Plus, many people have an appetite for “fattening” foods!

To help you lose weight naturally, we’re going to identify some of those “fattening” foods that you can choose to eliminate, thus increasing your chances of losing weight … 

Let’s take a look at a baked potato.  A baked potato (alone) is an excellent complex carb — and good fiber.  Yet, when you add loads of butter or sour cream, you just killed a great diet food!  So, either use NO sour cream or butter or choose use very little — you will be amazed at how tasty it can be without it!

All types of vegetables are excellent “diet foods”  — they have fiber, some protein, lots of nutrients, etc.  Yet, many of us KILL the goodness of them by adding oils, butter or for raw vegetables, fat-loaded salad dressing!  Try just steaming the vegetables and adding some thyme and fresh lemon juice.  Now the vegetables are LOW in calories and will still taste good!

In addition, just because a label says it is “fat free” doesn’t mean it is CALORIE free.  Sometimes these products actually have MORE calories in them than the regular product! So, realize you can’t eat as much “fat free” foods as you like — check the calorie content first.

Don’t skip meals – if you are doing this, you can actually be slowing down your metabolism.  Instead, try to eat every 3 to 4 hours.  Keep healthy snacks on hand.  One of the BEST snacks to eat is an apple.  Cheap, wholesome, nutritious, tasty, and it can even suppress your appetite for a bit until you can eat a regular meal. 

Losing weight naturally is a process of simply lowering your daily calorie count and increasing your activity level.  That’s it — and it is not a secret.

Simply dis-allowing extra fatty foods in your daily diet will immediately lower your daily calorie count.  Adding 10-15 minutes of activity a day, like a walk, dancing, etc. will increase your activity level.

In no time, you should see the pounds dropping off — naturally.
