Does Drinking Lots Of Water Help You To Lose Weight?
The most important thing for losing body fat is all around us. It is spread over two third part of the planet. If your diet and exercise routine is well balanced, but still you are overweight, you are probably just not drinking enough water. Drinking lots of water does help you lose weight and it also helps you lose it faster.
Most of the people remain in a permanent state of dehydration because they do not drink enough water.I was also heavier by a few more pounds than was healthy for me.So, to reduce weight, or at least make a good start, I started drinking more water. I got enough energy as my metabolism started working differently.I worked on some research and this is what I discovered about metabolism.
There are many types of metabolism going on in a person’s body at all times, but to lose weight your metabolism needs to convert fat to energy which is what the liver does. But the liver also does other works - like to pick up the duties of the kidneys when they are not working properly. If you don’t drink enough water, your kidneys are water deprived and the liver has to do their work as well as its own work. When the liver does the work of kidneys, it can’t process fat to produce energy quickly as it does when kidneys function properly. So, what happens – the fat stores up.It is just like when an employee, who works with you, doesn’t come to work and you will have to do his work while doing your own work. And your desk gets covered up with work that doesn’t get done.
One more problem is also that often we think about increasing our water intake, but very few of us stick with it.In the beginning of drinking more water than our bodies are used to, we were running to the bathroom frequently. This can be very discouraging, and can certainly interfere with a normal day.It is a common belief that water comes out just as fast as it goes in, hence drinking water is a useless habit and we should give up this habit.
Our bodies are flushing out the water that has been stored through the years of what is called “survival mode”.Drinking lots of water eliminates unnecessary water stored in our thighs, ankles and hips.We are eliminating water that our bodies realize they don’t require anymore. We generally reach what is known as a “break though” point where our bodies will let us return to normal and we are not going to the restroom as much.
If you don’t like the taste of water, try to drink sparkling water. You can find a large assortment of calorie free flavors to flavor sparkling water to great taste at http://allfreightfree.com
So, yes, drinking water does help with losing weight and needs to be part of any diet loss plan for that plan to work more effectively.
