If you can monitor how many calories you take in, you can limit the amount of pounds you add on.

Once you change your diet, then you need to start working out in order to build up your heart rate. If you work on increasing your heart rate, you can increase your metabolism, thus breaking down more food and fat. This is done by doing a lot of cardio exercises.
