Here are a few “smart” decisions you can make that will help you lose weight faster & be healthier:
- When out to eat, begin your meal with a broth based soup or low fat salad or vegetables of no more than 150 calories and you’ll eat less of the main course. These foods are low in calories, yet will fill your tummy before the main course.
- Reduce Trans Fats and put out the fire in your system. Saturated and Trans fats can stimulate inflamation in the liver and contribute to diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and more. Plus, they are FATTENING! Check labels and choose the product with NO trans fat or saturated fat.
- Use Liquid Meal Replacements like Medifast’s or Wonder Slim Meal Replacements. Studies show that for some it’s easier to lose and maintain weight loss with meal replacments, then trying to constantly estimate calories.
- Eat Naked — foods that is
Eat more fruits and vegetables yet make sure they are not covered in butter, other fats, salt or sugar. Choose unsalted, unprocessed (raw) nuts with no preservatives.
- Choose whole grains — you can find them Everywhere. Eat whole grain breads and pastas. Regular refined carbs — white rice, pasta, bread — are quickly absorbed and can convert into fat too easily. Whole grains don’t turn to fat as easily.
- Use the 2/100 Rule with Carbs. The food item must have 2 grams of fiber for every 100 calories. They will fill you up faster and are better for your digestion.
- Cut out SODA! The sugary kind. Stop drinking just one soda a day, and you can lose about 13 Lbs in a year!
The above weight loss tips are pretty easy, yet SMART decisions and can help you lose weight and keep it off.
See ya!
